to 2010 Mentorship Program
There is a new program designed to fast track your career, The Cinema
City International Film Festival’s 2009/2010 mentorship program.
Due to the festival’s continued growth, the board of the Cinema
City International Film Festival has generously approved an increase
in grant provisions. This grant program is designed
to help up and coming actors and filmmakers develop their careers. Actors
and actresses, ages 8 thru adult, who qualify are offered the opportunity
to enroll in our 6-month program, and are only required to cover
a fraction of their own costs.
Our program includes a variety of excellent exposures opportunities
and top-notch training. Our Program includes the following:
Red Carpet press and publicity
Access to exclusive events
Agent and manager preparation and referrals
A creatively designed professional website
Photo Packages and Press Kits
PR packages that include interviews for television, print and
radio
Weekly classes covering scene study, taped scenes, film critique,
casting director workshops, producer workshops, and director workshops.
30 year veteran producer/director and festival co-founder Suzanne
DeLaurentiis is personally involved in these training modules.
The full cost for this program exceeds $3,000 a month, however thanks
to recent grant increases; qualifying actors who commit to the six-month
program will only be required to pay $250 a month.
